Capio Lundby Specialist Hospital is located at Wieselgrensplatsen in Gothenburg, with good transport links and close to the city center. We are a modern and personal specialist hospital that provides planned care in areas such as ear-nose-throat, ophthalmology, psychiatry, medicine, surgery, nephrology, and day surgery – within the framework of care agreements with the Västra Götaland Region.

In our medical clinic, we receive patients in the specialist areas of cardiology, gastroenterology, and diabetes. We also perform endoscopies. We work in teams consisting of several healthcare professions.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about digital solutions and wants to help develop our operations!

With us, you will play an important role where your expertise in healthcare IT systems will be of great benefit, especially in supporting other healthcare providers with digital systems and routines. We work with record management through speech recognition solutions as well as some traditional dictation. This means you need to have a good understanding of and experience with digital work tools.

You are comfortable handling administrative tasks and see opportunities to work both at the reception and with other administrative parts of the operations. We value high competence and good engagement and are looking for someone who is proactive and wants to contribute to simplifying and improving our working methods. About You

We are looking for a medical secretary who wants to work in an environment where both team spirit and individual responsibility are central parts. You have good administrative skills, are curious, structured, and enjoy working both independently and together with other professional groups.
